To answer a call:
When a call arrives on your phone programmed in multi-key
mode, the first programmed key flashes.
• Press this key to talk to the contact.
-> The indicator associated to this key stays permanently on
(green). The display shows the calling party's identity.
Note:
For this first call, you can also pick up the handset or use
the loudspeaker key. The key now lights up permanently in the
same way.
To answer a second call:
If another party tries to reach you, you will hear a beep, the
indicator associated with the second programmed key flashes
and the identity of the caller is displayed on the screen.
1 - Press the programmed key which flashes.
-> This key lights up and you are put in contact with this second
caller.
-> The first party is put on hold and the key related to this call
flashes rapidly.
2 - To resume a call which was put on hold, press the key which
flashes.
Note:
A phone in multi-key mode is displayed as free as long as
there is at least one position available, i.e. one free programmed
key.
Switching between parties:
To switch over from one party to the next, just press successively
the programmed key which flashes.
