Programming the access codes on a programmable key
To make voicemail access easier, you can save your voice mailbox access codes on a pro-
grammable key.
1 - Press the
Menu
Fox key.
2 - Select
Settings
and confirm.
3 - Select
Keys
and confirm.
-> The keys already programmed light up. The available keys
remain switched off.
4 - Choose the key on which you want to program the access to
your voice mailbox.
-> After selecting the key to be programmed:

DTMF
and confirm.
6 - Enter the sequence (for instance: the number of the voice
mailbox, followed by #, and/or the personal access code to
your mailbox, followed by #

depending on the version of the
mailbox system).
• If the sequence is not correct, press

7 - Press the
OK
Fox key to confirm your entries.
To use the programmed key:
Therefore, after calling the mailbox, when the voice prompt asks
you to enter the box n° and/or your secret code:
• Simply press the
programmed key
.
-> You are taken directly to the main menu of your voice
mailbox.
Note:
We strongly recommend you to customise the label of the
key in order to avoid that a third party can call up your voice
mailbox without you noticing it.
