Placing the party on hold and resuming the call on another phone
The call is set up with a party and you want to continue the conversation on another phone
located in another office.
• Press the
Park
Fox key.
-> The phone returns to standby. The other party is put on hold.

On the second terminal
(Aastra 53xxip range):
1 - Pick up the handset or press
2 - Press the
Pickup
Fox key.

-> The screen shows the message "
Pick up a call waiting on
"
3 - Press the
Unpark
Fox key
4 - Enter the number of the phone on which you have selected
the Parking function.
-> The communication with your contact is resumed.
Note:
If the external call on hold is not resumed within a given
time, it is routed to the attendant. An internal call will be released.
For associated terminals, this function can also be used to make
calls on another terminal in the association.
Swapping a call between two terminals in the same association

Your subscription has several associated terminals: one fixed terminal and one DECT ter-
minal, for instance. In this example, you wish to resume on the DECT terminal a call
already set up on the fixed terminal
.

1 - From the terminal of the association on which you wish to
resume the call (the DECT terminal in our example), enter the
code # 7 0.
-> A confirmation message is transmitted.
2 - On the first terminal, release the call by hanging up or by
pressing the End key.
-> The call is now set up on the second terminal.
