Call by name directly

If you do not know the number of your internal contact, you can find the number by typing
his name
directly
via the alphabetical keypad.
Note:
By default, this search accesses the company-internal directory, but the parameter
settings can be modified by the system operator.
1 - Using the alphabetical keypad, enter the first letters of the
contact’s name and possibly first name to refine the search.
To correct your entries, press

Call by name via the directories
You can choose the directory in which you want to search your contact.
1 - Press the Directories key.
2 - Select the directory in which you want to perform the search
and confirm.

contact’s name and possibly first name to refine the search.

Using the automatic callback function
You are calling an internal party who is busy or does not answer. You can request the party
to call you back automatically.
To activate the automatic callback function:
• Press the
Callback
Fox key (before hanging up).
-> The
Request OK
message confirms that the call has been
considered and that the terminal returns to standby mode.
