Making a call

As soon as the called party in question is free (if the line was
busy) or has activated his telephone (if out of office), your phone
rings.
When you answer, your called party's phone that is "in callback"
also rings.
To deactivate the automatic callback function:
1 - Press the Menu Fox key .
2 - Select Activated features and then confirm.
3 - Select Call back and press the Erase Fox key.
Note: The steps 1 and 2 can be replaced by a single stroke of the
browser key.
Notifying an internal party
When the party you wish to reach does not answer, if his phone is equipped with a screen,
you can send him a short message.
1 - Press the Notify Fox key.
The system suggests several predefined messages. To switch
over to the next one, press
Next .
You can complete the text for certain messages.
2 - After selecting the message, press Send .
3 - Specify whether you want to Resume the call or release the
call .
Note: If a party has announced his call, the symbol is shown
on the first line of the screen (see “Accessing the messages re-
ceived”, page 40).
