STEP 4 - Assembly of the trampoline mat
Be careful when attaching the springs to the trampoline mat. Two people are required for assembly.
WARNING! - when attaching the springs, keep your fingers away from the connecting points, as the trampoline will
stretch.
A. Fold out the trampoline mat (1) inside the frame.
None of these items are identified by a number, so be sure to follow the instructions carefully to ensure the parts are
attached in the correct order.
C. Pick any point on the top rail frame (defined as the ZERO point). Start fixing each spring by hooking it to the triangular
hook on the mat (V-Ring), and then using the tool, pull the spring into the hole in the trampoline frame. The first 4
springs are to be installed at “12”, “6”, “9” and “3” hours in this order so that the mat is evenly stretched. Then we
install the springs in the same way, so that after mounting the spring, another was mounted on the opposite side.
TIGHTENING SPRINGS INSTRUCTION
01. Wear protective gloves for heavy work.
02. Use a special tool for winding the springs, attached to the trampoline.
