parameter activates or deactivates the EBU test tone applied simultaneously to all channels.

The odd channel will be a 1 kHz sine wave at -18 dBFS with a period of silence lasting 250 ms every
3 seconds. The even channel will be a continuous 1 kHz sine wave at -18 dBFS.
