Has a Malfunction Occurred?

If a malfunction has occurred:

The current copy process is interrupted.

The Call-Tech.-Rep. / Misfeed Indicator on the Control Panel lights up.

A malfunction code and the telephone number of the Technical
Representative are displayed.

Open and close the copier Front Door to clear the message.

Does the Call-Tech.-Rep. / Misfeed Indicator light up again?

A malfunction has occurred.

Write down the malfunction code.

Turn off the copier and unplug the power cord.

Call your Technical Representative and inform him or her of the
malfunction code.
