2. Verify the cables and connectors are not
damaged.
Knob failure Replace the rotary encoder.

Key volume set to 0 Choose [ Main Menu ] → [ Screen Setup >> ] →
[ Key Volume >> ] to adjust the key volume.

main board is properly connected.
2. Verify the cables and connectors are not
damaged.
Speaker failure Replace the speaker.
Main board failure Replace the main board.
