Chapter 2 Outline explanation

AUT.

If the belt is not moving, the squeegee blade does not touch the belt because the washing tank is at a
low position.

If you select to start belt feeding, the tank is lifted by the air cylinder, so the squeegee blade and the belt
are in contact.

AUT.

After the tank rises, the squeegee blade moves horizontally in the opposite direction of the belt. After
the movement, the belt feed starts.

After cleaning the belt, the belt stops, the pneumatic piston lowers the tank position, and the tank
leaves the belt.

AUT.

The horizontally moving air cylinder sets the squeegee blade of the second tank to the initial position.
