Gas and Air Adjustments

 

 

 

PELLERIN MILNOR CORPORATION

 

3.  Loosen the locking screw to release the adjustment knob on top of the 

On-Off valve

 (see 

Figure 12

). 

  

Notice  9 : Work Quickly

—The following step requires you to open the gas modulating 

valve to the maximum fire position. Safety devices in the dryer will automatically shut off the 
gas supply if the temperature rises significantly above normal levels. 

•  Have all necessary tools readily available and be familiar with the remainder of this 

procedure before continuing. 

 

4.  With a formula running, manually command the 

modulating valve

 position to MVP=255 and 

the damper to Min+1 position. 

5.  Turn the adjusting knob on the On-Off valve clockwise to achieve 1.3 inches (33mm) water 

column differential pressure between the burner gas pipe and the burner box plenum 
reference point. 

6.  Tighten the locking screw on the adjusting knob to retain the setting.
