disconnect

the

turnbuckles,

unbolt

and

remove

all

seven

pulleys,

lif

t

the

door

up

and

out

of

the

door

channel.

Feed

new

cable

through

eyelet

thimbles

and

sleeves

and

crimp.

Slide

the

pieces

of

1”

braided

hose

down

the

cable

and

over

the

thimbles.

Lower

the

door

into

the

door

channel,

keeping

tension

on

the

cables.

Thread

the

cables

up

through

the

pulleys

as

shown

in

.

When

att

aching

cables

to

turnbuckles

or

adjusting

turnbuckles,

make

sure

the

door

is

fully

closed

and

the

cylinder

is

fully

extended.

If

the

pulleys

were

removed,

reinst

all

pulleys

as

shown

in

.

Adjust

cable

tension

with

turnbuckles.
