Milltronics Weight Lifter MWL – Instruction Manual

1.

Rotate the shipping stops on the MSI into a vertical position, and tighten screws A
to secure the stops in place. This will help to protect the load cells from damage
while the calibration-weight brackets are being installed.

2.

Remove the idler.

3.

Remove the two socket-head cap-screws that secure the calibration-weight bar,

then remove the calibration-weight bar from the dynamic beam of the belt scale.

Note:

Take care to protect the load cells from impact or prying forces during

installation of the new calibration-weight brackets.
