Conveyor Drive Coupler Chain

Interval: Once Per Bag

 WARNING

 

DO NOT lubricate, adjust and/or service this machine unless the POWER 
SOURCE SHUT DOWN PROCEDURE (page 5) has been exercised.

With the conveyor shut off, open the guard at the top of the conveyor.  Oil as much coupler chain as 
possible.  This chain is located around the hydraulic motor drive sprocket and the chain sprocket.

 WARNING

 

DO NOT operate the bagger unless all guards are secured in place.  Moving 
parts inside could cause serious injury or death.

Close and secure the guard in the operating position before operating the conveyor again.
