Warranty and Service
Our customer service is available to all appliance users for repairs
and the purchase of accessories and spare parts.
To exercise a valid claim, please contact our customer service prior
to sending the appliance back. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note that customer service is not free of charge in the case
of incorrect operation of the appliance, even if the damage occurred
within the guarantee period.
To assert a legitimate warranty claim, please contact our customer
service before sending back the device and attend to warranty
provisions of the enclosed warranty card.
