Operation
Description
The Miji Cookingbox One is an electric steam cooker.
4.1 Before using the appliance:
Open the package and remove the appliance and all accessories.
Remove the plastic packaging.
Open the lid using the latches on the sides and take out the cooking
trays and the steamer base.
Clean and dry the accessories before the first use. When the cooking
process ends for each programme, the appliance is automatically
switched to the keep-warm function.
We recommend a cooking cycle with water in the cooking trays,
before cooking with food for the first time.
It is essential to remove the supplied lids from the cooking trays
before cooking. They are used for the safe storage and transport of food.
Ensure that the cold chain is maintained and that sensitive foods such
as fish, chicken etc., are cooked through completely.
