Problem
Possible cause
Remedy
The programme
has been
interrupted. The
Anti-crease/Finish
light has come on
and the buzzer is
sounding.
This is not a fault.
The electronic unit has
recognised that there is no
laundry in the drum and
cancelled the programme.
Drying individual garments
or items which are already
dry can also cause the
programme to stop.
Use the Timed drying -
Warm air programme to dry
individual items.
Before changing a
programme: Open and
close the drum door.
The programme
has been
interrupted. The
indicator light for
Hand iron or
Machine iron is
flashing, and the
buzzer is
sounding.
No obvious cause.
–
Switch the dryer off and
then on again.
–
Then start the programme
again.
If the programme stops
again and the fault message
reappears there is a fault.
Contact the Miele Service
Department.

The following

The electronics are in the
process of calculating the
drying time and require a few
seconds longer.
This is not a fault.
Shortly before the
end of the
programme, the
count down of the
time left to run is
halted and bars
start flashing but
the dryer
continues to dry.
This might be because:
–
items of laundry may have
rolled up together.
–
the types of fabrics being
dried may take different
times to dry.
–
The fluff filter may be
blocked.
–
The temperature in the
room may have changed.
The drying process is not
yet complete. The
programme needs more
time than the electronics
calculated at the start of the
programme. The time count
down is suspended until the
drying level selected has
been reached.
