4.6 Changing the Bag
1. Open the lid. See Figure 010-8, Item 1.
2. Grasp the bag using the two finger holes and pull up (see Figure 010-8,
Item 2). Doing so automatically closes the bag cover, preventing debris
and dust from escaping from the bag.
3. Discard the full bag in a suitable container (trash can).
4. Remove the NEW bag from the box.
DO NOT UNFOLD IT .
5. Slide the tabs into the frame as far as it will go (Figure 010-8, Item 3).
6. Close the lid.

4.7 Replacing the Super Air Clean Filter
1. Release the filter grill and raise it up.
2. Carefully grasp the filter at an UNSOILED section and remove. See Figure
010-9, Item 1.
3. Replace with a new filter. It can be inserted either side up. See Figure 010-
9, Item 2.
4. Lower the grill and snap into place. See Figure 010-9, Item 3.
5. Close the dust compartment lid until it “CLICKS”.

4.8 Replacing the Active Air Clean or Active HEPA Filter
1. Open the dust compartment lid.
2. Release the catch and remove the filter. See Figure 010-10, Item 1.
3. Insert the new filter so that it engages at the BACK and then close the
catch. See Figure 010-10, Item 2.
4. Close the dust compartment lid until it “clicks”.
