double-layer paper filter bag and an electro-static
charged micro-motor filter.
“Tools intended for use within the EPA [ESD protected
area] shall, as far as is practicable, be so constructed
that they do not generate or hold an electrostatic charge
….All tools and machinery, for example electrical,
mechanical or pneumatic, shall be so constructed that
any non-insulating part of the tool or machine which
may touch an ESDS [ESD sensitive items] shall be at
EPA ground potential.” [EN 61340-5-1 clause 5.2.10
