By touching the
or
sensor, you
can now alter the brightness of the
display:
1
: Dimmest setting
2
: Medium setting
3
: Brightest setting.
Touch the OK sensor to confirm your
selection.
The selected setting will be adopted
and the
symbol will flash.
Touch the settings sensor to leave the
settings mode.
Otherwise the appliance will exit the
settings mode automatically after
approximately one minute.
Sabbath mode
The refrigeration appliance offers a
Sabbath mode for the purposes of
religious observance.
The following are switched off:
– The interior lighting when the
appliance door is opened
– All audible and visual signals
– The temperature display
– SuperCool and SuperFrost (if
previously selected)
– The ice cube maker (if previously
turned on)
The following can be selected:
– The settings button for turning off
Sabbath mode
– The On/Off button
The Sabbath mode function will turn
itself off automatically after
approximately 120 hours.
Ensure that the appliance doors are
properly closed, as audible and visual
alarms are turned off.
Health risk caused by
decomposing food.
As any power failure during Sabbath
mode is not shown on the display,
the frozen food may thaw or defrost.
This will reduce the storage life of the
food.
Check whether the frozen food has
started to defrost. If it has, use the
food as soon as possible or cook it
before freezing it again.
