Chapter 7: Admin Menu
2 UNREG. USER
Select this setting to enable (ON) or disable (OFF)
unregistered login access to the analyzer when option
1 – USER ID is ON.
3 – PRINT HEADER
Select th
is setting to enable (ON) or disable (OFF) the
address header on the printout.
4 – LANGUAGE
Select this setting to enable (ON) or disable (OFF) the
language selection option when the tester boots up.
5 – DATE CODE
Select this setting to enable (ON) to require the entry of a
battery date code.
6, 7, 8 – SCREEN INPUT
Select this setting to enable (ON) to display user-defined
text fields.
Clear Test Totals
This function allows you to clear the test totals by User ID and
battery test decision. The analyzer verifies that you want the
counter reset to 0 before it continues.
NOTE: This will not clear the lifetime test total avail-
able in the VERSION information screen.
Reset Defaults
This function allows you to reset Administrative options to
their original settings. It will clear all registered users and
restrict access to the tester.

Store ID#
The STORE ID# function lets you enter your store ID
number into the tester.
1. Insert a character by pressing
or
as many times as
needed.
ENTER STORE ID#
2. Press NEXT to continue.
Format Disk
Select this utility to format an data card to receive
data or erase all data on the card. The analyzer will
warn you before formatting the disk and ask if you
want to continue.
Update
When software updates become available for the tes-
ter, this utility walks you though the quick process of
updating the analyzer’s software using a data card.
User Screen
This option lets you customize screen information. Data
can be inputted manual or using a data card.
