Direct Child
This command is primarily used in the switching of switch modules in a TSC 2000/3000 chassis. To
send the command, use the following example:
Node_directivde -–child_node 71 –-child_type 15 32 901 5 1
Where:
71 the NodeID of the 2000/3000 chassis with the switch modules
32 is the sequence number
901 is the NodeId of the parent (ATS-6511 or slave) to the distribution chassis
5 is the child directive to set the 2000 autoswitch mode
1 is the parameter to switch to position 1
Available parameters are:
1 – Manual 1 (manual mode using input 1)
2 – Manual 2 (manual mode using input 2)
3 – Auto (using current input)
F.6 PPS Steer Source
This section allows the user to set up measurements that can be done using a 4393A 4 Channel
Time Interval Counter (TIC) Card. Each measurement must have a unique Config.Measurement
[#] typically starting a Zero and incrementing. The nodeid must match the nodeid for the unit the
card is installed in. The streamid must be unique on each device. Each measurement is identified
by the nodeid and streamid. To use this as steering source for the ATS-6501 the SendtoSteering
must = true.
