Most of the configuration changes to the scanner that can be made in the
menu can also be accomplished by command strings from the host.
Serial command strings are entered from an ASCII terminal. As with menu
configuration commands, serial configuration commands relate to the initial
scanner setup.
To quickly reference the serial configuration commands, see table 3-1 on
page 3-2.
