Programme 0 

 

Any input in this stage won`t be stored. Test cuts can be executed with the cut-off 
programme. 

 

 

5.4.2 

Programme 1 to 25 

 
“5 section program” 
The operator is able to cut one piece of meat or similar into max. 5 different sections with 
having a different slice thickness of each section. 
 

 

Procedure:  

Select one program from 1 to 25 and push MEMORY button. 
The first page will be shown. Please enter slice thickness and number of slices:

ATTENTION! 

Only one field could be entered with „0“ for calculation purposes of 
either slice thickness or quantity. ( a.m. example: The quantity of the 
slices with 18,0 mm will automatically calculated). The length for 
calculation is the total length of the product. Alternatively the slice 
thickness could be calculated. 

 

After entering of slice thickness and quantity the data are confirmed by the Memory button. 
The 2nd page of the menu will appear:
