16.1.2 Configuring picture profiles
Picture profiles are a combination of very special picture parameters that make it possible to
always create the best picture reproduction quality for different types of programs or for
replaying from
different video sources.
The “Standard” picture profile is a good compromise for all types of transmission, and is set
at the factory.
In order to obtain the maximum picture reproduction quality in particular cases, it is useful
to assign the appropriate picture profile to a specific application.
If you are technically inclined, you can also adjust each individual picture profile yourself
and create a separate additional picture profile according to your individual taste.
Picture profile settings
:
• Press button to open the "Functional overview".
• Select "Menu" with the cursor and press the button.
• Select "Picture" with the cursor and press the button.
• Select "Picture profile adjustment" with the cursor in the context menu and press the
button.
• Set the desired setting with the cursor and press the button.
• Press the button to exit the menu.
