20. Setting Stations
Setting the reception mode
This TV set is equipped for up to four different types
of reception, depending on the configuration or retro-
fitting:
Analogue TV
: The broadcasting technology which
has been used for many years. The
signals can be received via a rooftop
antenna or a cable.
DVB-T
: The new digital broadcasting technology
whose signals can be received via an existing
(analogue) rooftop antenna or an indoor
antenna (depending on the strength of the
available signal). For more details, please
consult your local TV dealer or search for
“DVB-T” in the Internet.
DVB-C
: The new digital broadcasting technology
whose signals are received via a cable con-
nection. For further details, please consult
your local cable provider or TV dealer or
search for “DVB-C” in the Internet.
DVB-S
: The digital broadcasting technology that can
be received via a satellite. Ask your local TV
dealer about it, or find out more at
“www.lyngsat.de“.
Select the reception mode to
match the broadcasting tech-
nology available in your area.
Setting the reception mode
• Press the
key to open
the TV menu.
• Press the red key
to
open the menu “Configura-
tion“.
• Use the corresponding
numeric key to select the
appropriate reception mode
“Analogue TV“,
“DVB-T“, “DVB-C“ or “DVB-S“.
