OVERLOAD PROTECTION
The crusher is equipped with a pressure relief
valve which acts as overload protection (fig
4.9.1). The pressure relief valve has been
adjusted at 20 bar (290 PSI). When the
pressure in the adjusting system reaches 20 bar
(290 PSI) due to overload, the valve opens and
the setting increases.
If the crusher is equipped with Lokoset, the
setting will return automatically after pressure
has decreased. If the crusher is not equipped
with Lokoset, the adjusting pump must be
operated to return to the original setting.
