Check if error can be reset. If error comes back, there is no
ignition current detected.
Pilot flame or electronic burner unit are defect.
F15 APS related error
The fan control EFC21 can’t reach the underpressure in the
chimney. This is the cause of the shutdown of the fireplace.
Check fan function with EFC21.
When electrical dampers are used, check position and
function of the dampers.
F16 ESYS internal failure Internal controller error
Power supply voltage is less than 150 +/-10% VAC
8.4 Fault reset.
If there is a problem when igniting the fireplace or during operation, the fireplace goes into safety mode. As a
result, an error message appears on the screen.
You can now reset the fire by pressing both arrow keys simultaneously. After resetting, wait for 3 minutes before
trying to re-ignite the fire. The fire can be reset a maximum of five times within 24 hours.
If this happens, you should consult a qualified electrician to correct the fault.
