replaced or repaired, a safety test must be conducted, at least on these
components!!!
2. Transport
Check the bi-cords for sufficient tension
Check conveyor split pins for wear or damage and that they are all present
Check the bi-cords for even running
3. Wash pumps
Check pump motor
Check motor for exterior damage
Check current consumption (IN see wiring diagram)
Check motor for quiet running (bearing damage)
Check ventilation grid for cleanliness
Check wash pump
Check sliding ring seal for watertightness (external visual check)
Replace sliding ring seal

Check pump impeller for damage
Check pump housing for damage
Pump screen (suction side)
Check pump screen condition
Thoroughly clean inside of pump screen
