M component routine, this routine is through the operation of M components to achieve the self-tuning
function, this routine takes the channel 1 of MTC#1 as an example, of course, some parameters such as
self-tuning deviation setting need to be set through the MTC wizard in advance, here only to achieve a
self-tuning start and finish
Example:
Finally, if there is no man-machine interface in the system, only PLC, the above routine only needs to set
the parameters of M0, M1, M2 through the man-machine interface through the PLC itself can be set.
4.MTC wizard settings
The MTC wizard setting is a sub-function module of MEGMEET programming software X_Builder, which
is started by X_Builder. Its main function is to configure MTC parameters after MTC network with MCbus
protocol, monitor MTC status and data at the same time. The MTC wizard Settings only support the
MEGMEET series PLC.
4.1 Configure the MTC wizard Settings
Note: only when the PLC system is in operation and the PC is in normal communication with the
PLC main module, the user can configure and monitor the MTC through the MTC wizard Settings.
If necessary, users can further use the five command words provided by MTC to write applications (see
chapter 6 application examples). The program is based on MCbus and does not involve specific
communication timing problems. After writing the program, you can no longer use the interface for
debugging.
