MP3 control
You are in the MP3 player menu. In this chapter you learn how you can
•
administrate and play audio
fi
les stored as MP3 on the AlphaTrainer
• play
audio
fi
les stored on an external USB stick as MP3
Example 1 ... How to play an MP3

le from a USB stick play
(Menu: MP3 control --> USB mass storage)
Important: For this step a USB stick containing MP3
fi
les must be placed in the corresponding USB
slot on the back of the AlphaTrainer.
1. Press T1 over the symbol
. Thus you open source selection for
MP3.
2. Press T2 over the symbol
. The
fi
les stored on the USB stick are
listed.
3. Press T15/T12 in order to scroll through the title list. Files with the
ending *.mp3 can be played. The arrow in front of the
fi
rst entry indi-
cates the
fi
rst title to be played.
•
A small small box in front of an entry indicates a folder. Press T14
if you wish to play
fi
les from such a folder.
• Titles with long names are shortened. The complete name is
indicated in the lower part of the display.
4. Press T1. Thus you start the selected title. Once a title has been
played, the MP3 player halts until you select a new title.
Advice: If you wish to play several titles consecutively you can create your own MP3 playlists. Follow
the instructions under “create MP3 playlists”. .
