Transferring an image from the DVD player to a TV
You can connect your portable DVD player to a television device. You will be able to view the image
on a television screen in this way.
1.
Switch the DVD player and the television
off.
2.
Insert the black jack plug of the AV cable
supplied with the device into the
AUDIO
IN/OUT
socket of the DVD player.
3.
Insert the yellow jack plug of the AV cable
supplied with the device into the
VIDEO
IN/OUT
socket of the DVD player.
Ensure the plug and socket colours
match
!
4.
Plug the other end of the AV cable into the
matching input sockets (
VIDEO-IN+
AUDIO-IN
) of your television device.
5.
Switch teh TV to the correct AV channel to
view the picture.
You will be able to select the colour system of your TV device (PAL/NTSC) in the set-up menu, if you
view the DVD image on a TV device.
Transferring an image from an external device
You can connect the monitors to other playback devices (e.g. a video recorder, a camcorder or
another DVD player), with their output on a monitor:
1.
Switch off the devices that you wish to
connect to each other.
2.
Connect the inputs on the DVD player
(
LINE OUT/IN
and
VIDEO OUT/IN
) to
the corresponding outputs on the
playback device. Use a red/white/yellow
Cinch cable (not supplied) for this. Use the
AUDIO IN
and
VIDEO IN
inputs on the
second monitor.
Ensure you connect the cables correctly

3.
Set the DVD player to the Video Mode, by
pressing the
MODE
button on the device
once.
4.
Change the Mode with the
M+
button on
the DVD player.
