11.5. Station information
Some stations make additional information available. Station information, the fre-
quency and information on the current track/artists and the reception strength can
be displayed.
Press the
INFO
button once or multiple times in the FM or DAB section on the
remote control in order to display further information.
11.6. Scan function
You can search for the next station with the
SCAN
button in the FM or DAB section.
Press the button again to skip to another station.
11.7. Intro function (only DAB)
Press the
INTRO
button to only play a radio station for approx. 10 seconds and
then switch to the next station.
12. Playback from CDs and a USB stick
Depending on the desired operating mode, press the
FUNCTION
button on
the device once or multiple times until
−
USB
or
−
CD
is displayed.
Alternatively
Press the
USB
or
CD
buttons on the remote control.
12.1. Notes on the media
USB memory sticks can be connected to the
USB 5V
1.5A
USB connection.
Note the following:
•
Due to the numerous different file systems and file formats, the operation of
connected memories cannot be guaranteed.
•
Depending on the size of the data medium, it make take time for the system to
be detected.
•
Supported file systems are FAT16 and FAT32; the supported file format is MP3.
•
If the correct file type is not recognised by the device,
NOT SUPPORTED
ap-
pears on the display.
•
Different functions may not be supported depending on the inserted media. For
example, no folder and no track information can be selected for an audio CD.
•
External hard discs are not supported.
