10.2. Time
10.2.1. Displaying the clock time
The time is displayed both when the device is switched on and also when it is in
standby mode.
Press the
TIMER/CLOCK
button. The time is displayed for a number of sec-
onds.
10.2.2. Setting clock time
The time is automatically set via the DAB radio. However, you can also set the time
manually:
Press the
TIMER/CLOCK
button on the remote control while the device is
switched on.
Confirm by pressing the
ENTER
button within 10 seconds.
In order to set the day, press

and confirm your selection with
ENTER
. Days are displayed in the English format:

= Monday

FRI
= Friday

= Tuesday

= Saturday

= Wednesday

= Sunday.

Now use the

buttons to select either a 12 (12:00 AM) or 24-hour
format (00:00) and confirm with

Set the desired minutes with

Press the
TIMER/CLOCK
button again to save the setting.
10.3. Timer
The timer allows you to have the device start up in a particular mode (e.g. DAB, CD)
at a particular time.
The device offers two types of timer:
•
The one-off timer is shown on the display with
1
and starts the device once
only at the set time for a specific duration.
•
The daily timer is shown on the display with
DAILY
and starts the device daily
at the same time for a specific duration.
You can set both timers separately. There must be an interval of at least 1 minute
between the chosen times.
To use the timer function, the time must be set as described above.
