8.4. Connecting an external device to the AUDIO IN

A 3.5 mm socket labelled with
AUDIO IN
is located on the front of the device.
Insert a connection cable with a 3.5mm jack plug into the socket.
8.5. Connecting an external device to the LINE IN
connection

You can connect an external device (e.g. a television) for audio transfer to the micro
system. To do this you require an audio cinch connecting cable.
Connect the end of the cinch plug to the left and right
LINE IN
connections.
Connect the other end of the cinch plug to the audio output on the external de-
vice. Pay attention to the colour coding on the plugs when doing so.
