11. Radio
You can receive both analogue FM radio and also digital DAB radio with this device
Press the
FUNCTION
button on the device once or multiple times until
FM
or
DAB
appears on the display.
Alternatively
Press the
FM
or
DAB
buttons on the remote control.
If you have connected a wire aerial, arrange the aerial to achieve the optimum
reception.
NOTICE
The display always shows the RDS station names and returns to this dis-
play after changing stations. To see the status when saving a station or
entering a radio frequency, press the
INFO
button in the FM section on
the remote control several times until the radio frequency appears on
the display.
11.1. Tuning
Press the
TUNING
or
TUNING
buttons to manually tune into a station.
11.2. Search function
Hold down the
TUNING
or
TUNING
buttons for a couple of seconds to
carry out an automatic station search forwards or backwards.
11.3. Saving and selecting stations
The radio has 40 memory spaces where you can save your favourite stations.
In order to save the station that you are tuned to, press the
MEMORY
button
Press the
TUNING
or
TUNING
buttons and select the desired pro-
gramme memory space.
To complete the saving process, press the
ENTER
button.
You can call up a station using the
PRESET-
or
buttons and thus se-
lect the desired memory space.
11.4. Stereo/mono reception (only FM radio)
If the stereo reception is too weak, you may be able to achieve clear reception with
the mono setting.
Press
TUNER
to switch between stereo and mono reception.
ST
appears or dis-
appears from the display.
