•
The
Water Reservoir
(1) is the tank where water is stored for use by the unit. No more
than 13.5 oz. (400 ml.) of water should be placed in
Water Reservoir
.
•
The
Water Reservoir Cap
(2) safely contains water within the
Water Reservoir
, and must
be removed in order to fill the unit.
•
The
Power Indicator Light
(3) illuminates when the
Steam Control Dial
is set to any of
the steaming options, to indicate that the unit is powered on.
•
The
Steam Control Dial
(4) activates the unit and is used to set the desired steam
intensity (chosen from four available settings).
•
The
Extension Pole Release
(5) is pressed in to unlock and remove the
Extension Pole
from the main unit.
•
The
Extension Pole
(6) connects to the main unit, and is designed to make floors or high
out-of-reach spots easier to clean.
•
The
Handle
(7) is designed to provide the optimum amount of grip and user comfort
when using the
Extension Pole
.
•
The
Lemon Acid Packets
(9) are mixed with water and used to clean mineral deposits that
build up inside the unit. 3 packets are included.
•
The
Floor Mop
(10) connects to the steam nozzle on the main unit (it may alternatively
be connected directly to the
Extension Pole
). It is designed for steaming hardwood or tile
floors. Attach the
Large Cloth Cover
(8) to the
Floor Mop
when steaming hard floor
surfaces.
NOTE: It is not recommended that this unit be used on unsealed hardwood floors.
Use care when steaming floors that may be warped or damaged by heat and
moisture, and limit use of this unit one these types of surfaces.
•
The
Steam Jet Nozzle
(11) connects to the steam nozzle on the main unit. It is designed
to focus the unit’s spray of steam for concentrated cleaning.
•
The
Utility Brushes
(12) connect to the
Steam Jet Nozzle
. They are designed for
scrubbing exceptionally tough stains. There is a soft-bristled brush for scrubbing
delicate items (such as children’s toys), and firm-bristled brush for general scrubbing
(such as carpet), and a brass-bristled brush for scrubbing metal surfaces (such as oven
and grill racks).
•
The
Fabric Steamer
(13) connects to the steam nozzle on the main unit. It is designed
for steaming garments, fabrics and upholstery. The
Small Cloth Cover
(17) should be
attached to the
Fabric Steamer
in order to prevent potential water spotting.
•
The
Squeegee
(14) connects to the
Fabric Steamer.
It is designed for steaming glass and
mirror surfaces.
•
The
Measuring Cup
(15) is designed to assist you in more easily and consistently filling
the
Water Reservoir
with the correct amount of water. Fill the
Measuring Cup
to the
MAXIMUM FILL LINE, which represents the unit’s maximum water capacity of
13.5 oz. (400 ml.).
•
The
Cleaning Pin
(16) is used to remove mineral deposits that may form in the opening
of the steam nozzle and the attachments.

REMPLISSAGE DU RÉSERVOIR D’EAU
1.
Placez le Vaporisateur Polyvalent sur une surface plane et à niveau. Assurez-vous que
le cordon d’alimentation est débranché de la prise électrique.
2.
Si l’appareil était en utilisation laissez-le refroidir pour au moins 5 minutes.
AVERTISSEMENT: Laissez toujours l’appareil refroidir avant d’ajouter de l’eau.
3.
Tournez prudemment le Bouchon du Réservoir d’Eau d’un quatre de tour dans le sens
contraire des aiguilles d’une montre, et retirez-le.
4.
Remplissez le Doseur soigneusement avec de l’eau jusqu’à la LIGNE DE
REMPLISSAGE MAXIMUM (13.5 oz. / 400 ml.), et versez-la dans le Réservoir à
Eau. Ne remplissez pas le Réservoir avec plus de 13.5 oz. (400 ml.) d’eau.
NOTE: Pour prolonger la vie de votre Vaporisateur polyvalent, nous
recommandons l’utilisation d’eau distillée ou déminéralisée.
5.
Replacez le Bouchon du Réservoir d’Eau en alignant tel que montrée à la FIGURE 12.
Tournez d’un quart de tour dans le sens indiqué par la flèche “FERMÉ” sur le
bouchon (dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre).
