«Keep warm» button (13)
After finishing of cooking program the unit is
switched to the keep warm mode automatically,
the indicator of the button (13) «Keep warm» will
light up, and the keep warm duration in hours will
be shown on the display (3). To switch from the
standby mode to the keep warm mode, press
the button (13).
Note : Do not use the keep warm function to
heat up cold products.
«Cancel» button (14)
Use the button (14) to reset the cooking program
or to switch the cooking program/keep warm
mode off.
Note:
–
Do not open the lid (4) in the «Pastry» and
«Bread» programs until the cooking program
is finished.
–
To avoid scorching of the food after finish-
ing of the «Pastry» and «Bread» programs,
switch the keep warm mode off by pressing
the button (14) «Cancel».
–
The “Roasting” program operates similarly
to a kitchen stove, the user has to watch the
readiness of food during cooking and switch
the unit off, when the food is ready.

See recipes of dishes in the recipe book
(supplied with the unit). All recipes are
given for reference as the required
amount and proportions of the ingredi-
ents may vary depending on local food
peculiarities and altitude above sea level.
Using of the multicooker
– Put the food into the bowl (12) following the
recommendations given in the recipe (see
“Recipe book”).
Note : Make sure that the products and
liquids level doesn’t exceed the level of
maximal mark «3.5» and is not lower than the
level of minimal mark «0.5».
Maximal level
mark for porridges (except rice) is «2.5»
Note:
For cooking thin milk porridges the
recommended proportion of rice and water is 1:3.

Make sure that the outer surface of the bowl
(12) is clean and dry, set the bowl (12) into
the unit process chamber; the bowl (12)
should be placed evenly and in secure con-
tact with the heating element (9) surface.
Notes:
•
Do not use the bowl (12) for washing
cereals and do not chop products in it,
this can damage the ceramic coating.
•
Make sure that there are no foreign
objects, dirt or water drops in the pro-
cess chamber and on the bottom of the
bowl (12).
• Wipe the outer surface and the bottom of
the bowl (12) dry before use.
•
In the middle of the heating element (9)
there is a temperature sensor (10). Make
sure that free movement of the sensor
(10) is not limited.
–
If you steam products, pour water into the
bowl (12) so that boiling water doesn’t reach
the bottom of the basket (24). Put the basket
(24) with food into the bowl (12).
– Close the lid (4) until click.
–
Insert the power cord jack into the connector
(8) and the power cord plug into the socket.
– Select the required cooking program using
the button (15) «Menu», the correspond-
ing program indicator will light up, and the
default program operation time will be shown
on the display (3).
– To change the program duration press the
button (17) «Time setting» and then set the
cooking time with the buttons (18) «Minutes»
and (19) «Hours».
–
To set the delayed start function press the
button (20) «Delayed start» and then use the
buttons (18, 19) to set the cooking end time.
If you want to start cooking immediately, skip
this step.

To launch the program press the button (16)
«Start», the “Start” button indicator will light up.
–
When cooking is finished, you’ll hear a sound
signal, the unit will be switched to the keep
warm mode, the display (3) will show the
time of the multicooker operation in hours,
the button (13) «Keep warm» indicator will
light up.
– To switch the keep warm mode off press the
button (14) «Cancel», the button (13) «Keep
warm» indicator will go out.
