•
When using «Kebbe» attachments (14, 15)
and attachment for sausage filling (16) do
not install grates (10, 11 and 12) and the
blade (9).
•
Do not try to process products with hard fiber
(for example, ginger or horseradish) in the
meat mincer.
•
In order to avoid blocks do not use excessive
force to push meat.
•
If the screw and blade stop rotating due to a
blocked hard piece, immediately switch the
unit off and use the reverse rotation function
(REVERSE) to remove the block before fur-
ther operation.
Before using the meat mincer
In case of unit transportation or storage at low tem-
perature it is necessary to keep it for at least two
hours at room temperature before switching on.
•
Unpack the meat mincer and remove all
package materials, wipe the unit body with
a damp cloth.
•
Wash all removable parts with warm water
and a neutral detergent, then rinse and dry.
Using the meat mincer
•
The meat mincer is intended to mince bone-
less meat for household use only.
•
Before using the unit for the first time, make
sure that voltage in your mains corresponds
to unit operating voltage.
•
Assemble the unit and place it on a flat dry
surface.
•
Make sure that the ventilation openings on
the body are not blocked.
•
Insert the power plug into the socket.
•
Place a suitable bowl under the mincer head
(3).
•
Make sure that the meat is defrosted thor-
oughly, remove excess fat and bones, cut
the meat into small cubes or strips of a size
which allows them to freely go into the food
tray opening (2).
•
Switch the unit on by setting the switch (6) to
the “ON” position, the switch (7) should be in
the «
» position.
•
Slowly feed the meat pieces into the mincer
head funnel (3) using the pusher (1).
•
During operation use the pusher (1), sup-
plied with the unit.
•
Do not use any other objects to push meat,
do not push the meat with your hands.
•
Do not make excessive efforts to push meat
or other products.
•
During meat mincing the unit can be blocked,
use the screw reverse rotation function
(REVERSE) to remove the block. To switch to
the REVERSE mode, switch off the unit, set-
ting the switch (6) to the “0” position, then
set the switch (7) to the “
” position, press
and hold the switch (6) in the «R» position.
•
Do not run the unit for more than 5 minutes
continuously.
•
After 5 minutes of continuous use, switch
the unit off and allow it to cool down during
15-20 minutes before further operation.
•
After you finish operating, switch the meat
mincer off by setting the switch (6) to the «0»
position and unplug the unit; only after that
you can disassemble the unit.
Meat mincing
1.
Insert the screw (8) into the mincer head
body (3), set the crossed blade (9), select
the required grate (10, 11, 12) and set it
above the blade by matching the grate ledg-
es with the grooves on the mincer head
body (3), slightly tighten the nut (13), tighten
the nut (13) completely after installing the
mincer head back to its place.
Attention!
- If the blade is installed improperly (cutting
side to the screw), it will not mince the prod-
ucts.
- When assembling the mincer head, do not
tighten the nut (13) strongly; tighten it com-
pletely after installing the assembled head
on the mincer.
- Coarse (10) grates and medium (11) grates
suit for processing raw meat, fish, and al-
ready cooked products, and also for grind-
ing vegetables, dried fruit, cheese, etc.

Install the assembled mincer head (3) and
turn it counterclockwise until bumping.

Tighten the nut (13) completely.
4.
Place the food tray (2) on the mincer head
funnel (3).
5.
Insert the power plug into the socket.
6.
Switch the unit on, setting the switch (6) to
the “ON” position, the switch (7) should be in
the «
» position.
