HARS series
On the Ramp setting screen, touch the Ramp ON/OFF button to set it to Enable.
Set the ramp ON time (ON time). (0.0s to 99h59m59.9s)
Set the ramp OFF time (OFF time). (0.0s to 99h59m59.9s)
Sets the ramp mode. There are three modes to select for ramp operation: both voltage and current, voltage
only, and current only.
To use the multiset memory together, set the multiset function to Enable on the multiset setting screen.
Set the ramp time (A-ON time/B-ON time/C-ON time) for each of the multiset memory A/B/C.
(0.0s to 99h59m59.9s)
When multiset memory is enabled, the ramp ON time (ON time) is not used.
To change each setting value, touch each item on the touch panel display.
