Alarm
Alarm is a signal set to remind you of some important event/task on a specific date and/or time.
To Set an Alarm,
•
Press DSS Key assigned to Alarm.

Dial

Enter the Room/Phone Number.

Scroll using the Navigation Key to select
Enter Time HHMM
.
•
Enter the time.
•
The Alarm is set and the Alarm Notification
appears on the Home Screen of the guest phone for
whom the Alarm has been set.
If you set an Alarm, by default the Alarm Type you will be able to set is
Once only
and the Alarm serving
mechanism is Automated. If you want access to set
Daily
Alarms as well as if you want access to the
serving mechanism

, contact your System Administrator.
To Cancel all the Alarms,
•
Press DSS Key assigned to Alarm.

Scroll using the Navigation Key to select
Cancel All Alarms
and press
Select / OK
Key.
Alarm Status Report
You can know the status of Alarms (details of Alarms that have not been served) from the WakeUp Alarms Reports.
The status of Alarms set by Operator as well as extension users appears on this report, with details of time (hours
and minutes), type (once only, daily), and serving mechanism (personalized, automated). The Alarm Report
generated by the system can be printed or sent to a computer.
To print the Alarm Status Report,

Press DSS Key assigned to Print Alarm Status Report.

The destination port for reports can be the Ethernet Port or Communication Port. Contact your System
Administrator to know which option is set.
