Housekeeping
Housekeeping enables you to change the Room Clean Status as well as the Room Occupancy Status. You can
access this feature from Administration Phones only.
To change the Room Status,
•
Press DSS Key assigned to Remote-Change Room Clean Status.
or
Dial

Enter Room/Phone Number.
•
Scroll using the Navigation Keys to select the status — Clean, To be Inspected, Out of Service, Maid
Present, Dirty.
•
Press
Select
Key.
To change the Room Occupancy Status,
•
Press the DSS Key assigned to Change Occupancy Status.
or
Dial

•
Enter Room/Phone Number.
•
Scroll using the Navigation Keys to select the occupancy status — Vacant, Reserved, Guaranteed,
Occupied.
