The DSS45 provides messages on line 2 of LCD to show current
status of the system. These messages are as under:
Sr. LCD message Description
1 DAY (right hand side) This indicates that system is in day mode
2 NT (right hand side) This indicates that system is in night mode
3 PGM (left hand side) This indicates that DSS-45 is in programming mode
4 ADM (left hand side) This indicates that DSS-45 is in administration mode
5 BUF (center) This indicates that buffer is full or semi-full
