"HOLD" Button
Press this "
HOLD
" button briefly to enter or exit Data Hold mode.
Press and hold down this button for about 2 secs to turn on or
off the backlight.

When you press a button, the buzzer will sound a beep if this
press is effective.
The buzzer will sound several short beeps about one minute
before the meter turns off automatically and will sound a long
beep before the meter turns off automatically.
