The “POWER” button is used to turn your devices
on and off.
The AUX – DVD – AUD – TV and STB are used
to “tell” the remote control which device you
want to control.
The “EXIT” button will let you exit a menu
or recording (on PVR).
The “LAST” button will allow you to quickly switch
to the previous channel you were watching.
The “INFO” button will provide information on the
content you are watching or on the show or movie
displayed in the program guide.
The “GUIDE” button will display the program guide.
You can navigate within the guide by using
the directional buttons that are located around
“OK/SEL” (button # 7).
The “OK/SEL” button is used to confirm a selection
when you navigate in menus or options. If you press
this button when watching a show or movie,
additional functions will appear on screen.
The “FAV” button will display the list of your favourite
channels. These channels must be programmed.
We will address this topic later in this manual.
Press the “LIGHT” button to activate the backlight
feature on your remote control.

This is a universal remote control. Later in this manual, you’ll learn
how to program your remote in order to control all your devices.
The remote control requires two AA
alkaline batteries.
We recommend changing the batteries
every six months.
When the batteries are low and need
to be changed, the “MODE” button
for the selected device will blink twice
when you press the “Power” button
to turn on the device.
This remote control is designed
to retain programming for up to
10 years, even without batteries.
