3.4 Setting and canceling new stroke
– Normal hand switch / TC15S

Serial Number starts with 2018XXX or 2018XXX
1. Perform Reset
2. Run desk to the highest and lowest position
If control boxes are produced in 2018 (see serial number on the control
box), there is a risk of automatic pre-setting programmed (some delivery
batches is with older program).
If the control box
makes any “beeps” running up, then there is programmed limits in stroke for example
instead preset 630-1280 mm
700-1100 mm.
Checking and canceling setting stroke
Does desk run to highest possible position? If not, there is a pre-programmed highest position that needs to
be removed. Remove by performing below:
Cancel new highest position:
1. Run desk to the highest height.
2. Press and hold
and
buttons together for a second.

Release Ú button whilst still holding the

button 3 times.
5. You will then hear
a confirmation “beep”.
Run desk down
– if there was a “beep” when running up, the desk will downwards stop at the pre-
programmed position. Remove by performing below:
Cancel new lowest position:
1. Run desk to the lowest height.
2. Press and hold

buttons together for a second.

5. You will then hear
a confirmation “beep”.
The pre-settings has now been cancelled
– check that desk run full stroke of 650 mm.

1. Run desk to the needed height.
