Take the steam relief valve out for cooking without pressure
ATTENTION: please be noted that in all recipes in our recipe book, where you see “Let the steam relief valve be open”, you should take the steam relief valve out according to the picture
above.

Press button of cooking program for required program selection for «Жарка/Fry» program, for «Выпечка/Cake» program , for «Варенье/Джем/Jam» program, for
«Йогурт/Тесто/Yoghurt/Dough» program , for «Мультиповар/Multicook» program.

Preset for the program cooking time will be shown on the display.

If you don’t want to change preset time and temperature meanings, press button “Start” . Cooking process starts. Time countdown starts in most programs when system reaches operational
temperature. In programs «Мультиповар/Multicook», «Выпечка/Cake», «Йогурт/Тесто/Yoghurt/Dough», «Варенье/Джем/Jam» time countdown starts with program start.

While heating to operational temperature is going, you see dynamic sign on the display. When heating is over, you see time countdown on the display and cooking process starts.

When cooking is over you hear sound signal and the multicooker goes automatically to “Keep warm” mode (excluding «Жарка/Fry», «Йогурт/Тесто/Yoghurt/Dough» programs because “Keep
warm” function is not available in those programs). The indication of “Keep warm” button is on.

When cooking is over please unplug the appliance.
PRESSURE COOKING (PRESSURE COOKER MODE)
Next programs use pressure cooking technology: «Суп/Soup», «Плов/Pilaw», «Молочная каша/Milk porridge», «Студень/Galantine», «Тушение/Stew», «Крупы/Экспресс/Cereals/Express»,
«Бульон/Broth», «Пар/Варка/Steam/Boil», «Шеф/Chef». For pressure cooking:

Close the multicooker lid:
- check if the sealed ring is set properly. Using the appliance without sealed ring is forbidden.
- take the lid handle and cover the appliance with the lid.
- turn the lid against the clock till stop (pic 4, 5)
