Close the steam relief valve (pic 6).
Press
“Menu”
button
until you see indication of required cooking program on the display. For
«Шеф/Chef»
program selection press button
.
Preset for the program cooking time is shown on the display.
If you don’t want to change preset time meaning, press button
“Start”
. Cooking process starts.
While heating to operational pressure is going, you see dynamic sign on the display. When pressure inside the multicooker reaches working pressure time countdown starts.
When cooking is over you hear sound signal and the multicooker goes automatically to
“Keep warm”
mode. The indication of
“Keep warm”
button
is on.
When cooking is over please unplug the appliance. You must cut pressure inside the multicooker down. Open the steam relief valve. Hot steam goes out and pressure inside becomes lower (pic 7).
CAUTION: Be really careful – steam is extremely hot! When pressure inside the multicooker becomes lower, then there is no outgoing steam from steam release opening, and float valve goes
down to the lowest position. Then open the lid. Never open the lid by force.
