D - YEARLY
Carry out the operations described previously as well as the following operations :
D1 - MAST
CHECK
SK 10 FR D28 and SK 10 LE D28
Check the clearance between the moving frame and the chassis . If necessary, adjust :
- the nylon slide pad (1) (fig . D1/1),
- the nylon slide pad (2) (fig . D1/1),
- the brass screws (3) (fig . D1/2) .
Check the condition of the runner rollers (2) (fig . D1/1) .
D2 - CARRIAGE
CHECK
Check the carriage’s side clearance . If necessary, add a washer between the nylon pad and the roller to eliminate any play .
D3 - SPEED OF HYDRAULIC MOVEMENTS
CHECK
Check the rate of ascent and the rate of descent of the tool against the values contained in the table of technical characteristics on
page 2-8 . If the measured values differ from the nominal values, contact your dealer .
D4 - OPERATION OF PRESSURE LIMITER
CHECK
Check the operation of the pressure limiter by verifying that the stacker cannot lift a load exceeding the rated capacity .
D5 - HYDRAULIC UNIT OIL
DRAIN
Drain and replace the oil of the hydraulic unit . Check that the fork or the tool is in the down position before draining the system .
Draw out the oil from the tank using a suction device .
Ensure that drainage products are removed and disposed of in accordance with current environmental protection decrees.
