IFT THE OVERHEAD GUARD OR THE CABIN IN
THE EVENT OF A MECHANICAL FAILURE IN THE
LIFTING SYSTEM
PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF AN UNLOCKING CABLE
BREAKAGE
- Unlock the overhead guard or the cabin with the lever 1 (Fig. H8/1) into
position A.
- Remove the air pre-filter (If mounted).
- Disassemble the cowling 2 (Fig. H8/2).
- By means of a tool (For example screwdriver), push the lock 3 (Fig. H8/3)
on the side of the damaged cable while another operator carries out the
procedure of overhead guard or cabin lifting (See chapter : INSTRUMENTS
AND CONTROLS in paragraph : 2 - DESCRIPTION).
